How It Works
Coaching engagements are flexible. I usually start with a team health check and architecture review. From there, I define a roadmap with you that supports your goals — and then work directly with your devs to get there.
Coaching can be done fully remotely or on-site (Hamburg or Europe), part-time or full-time, depending on your team size and needs.
